Sharpening is essential if you want to get the most out of your knife. After this workshop, you'll know all about it!
You'll learn about stone and shotgun sharpening techniques, so you'll understand what it's all about.
You'll be able to put your new knowledge into practice straight away by sharpening your own knives.
In this workshop, we explain how to choose the right stones, how to care for your knives, and all the gestures needed to understand how sharpening works.
This 1-hour workshop is open to all levels and is designed to help you become autonomous in stone sharpening and deepen your knowledge.
This workshop is available in French and English.

Booking and cancellation policy
You may reschedule your workshop to a later date if your request is made more than 4 days before the workshop.
If you cancel less than 4 days before the workshop, we reserve the right to refuse your rescheduling and/or cancellation request.
No refunds will be made if you make a cancellation request 48 hours before the workshop.
If the workshop has less than 3 registered participants, it may exceptionally be postponed. In this case, we will notify you sufficiently in advance for a postponement.
