During an immersive day at our workshop in Baden (Brittany), the lucky one will step into the fascinating world of artisanal cutlery and design alongside William.
After an introduction to the workshop and the machinery, they can let their creativity guide them by choosing the blade design (sardine, vitello or sole) and the handle material: Breton walnut or upcycled seashells.
From shaping the blade and handle to heat treatment, sharpening, and personalization, every stage of creation will be covered during this day rich in craftsmanship.
William will be there every step of the way to guide them and passionately explain the creative and design process behind this unique model.
By the end of the day, they will leave with their very own custom table knife, ready to take pride of place at their dining table!
